```Duties```
- Manage and oversee all aspects of program operations, including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding sources.
- Ensure program compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of services and resources.
-Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual assessments and audits to ensure regulatory compliance with HCBS, DBHDS, DMAS, Human Right rules and regulations.
- Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness of the risk management and quality improvement plan.
- Provide administrative oversight, including record keeping, reporting, and documentation.
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, behavioral health) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing program finances.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
