Program Coordinator (Tuition Assistance Program)

Job Responsibilities

• Process requests from employees for Tuition Assistance Program and Staff Assistance Program
• Coordinate tuition and fee waivers or reimbursements for degree-seeking employees.
• Collaborate with the other Tuition Assistance Program Coordinators, to ensure that programs are administered per Policy.
• Respond to email and questions regarding Tuition Assistance Programs.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational aspects of programs, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities.

Educational Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or Vocational School Diploma

Required Experience
Up to two years of job-related experience; experience with reimbursements.
