Position Information
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in project management.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management and reporting.

- Coordinate and implement programs and services involving outreach, summer, and research programs across the College of Art & Sciences (CAS). Example programs are: Math Corps, Math Jumpstart, Biology Learning Lounge, summer programs in various CAS departments, internships. Activities can include participants from OU or outside of OU with a variety of backgrounds and ages.
- Work closely with departmental faculty directors of programs, department chairs, CAS, and other units (within and outside of OU) participating in the programs. This will include hiring, marketing/advertisement, budgeting, organization and management of the daily activities, record keeping for reporting purposes.
- Assist in adherence to University policies & procedures.
- Maintain appropriate program records.
- Communicate with program participants in person, via email, and via phone.
