The 340B Program Compliance Coordinator is a key member of the Richmond University Medical Center's 340B operations team and is responsible for ensuring compliance and consistency in the 340B Program federal processes. This position actively contributes to RUMC efforts to develop audit and reporting methods to access and monitor the 340B Program. In addition, 340B Program Compliance Coordinator is responsible for all program related policy and procedure development, education, rules and guidance surveillance, program registration and recertification, self-audits, assisting with external audits, program enhancements and optimizations, reporting, purchasing and inventory oversight, split-billing.
Requirements:
1. 3 years healthcare experience - REQUIRED
2. 3 years 340B Program experience (including split-billing and contract pharmacy)- REQUIRED
3. 1 year clinical pharmacy experience - PREFFERED
1 year data analytics - PREFFERED
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
