Responsibilities- Manages both the AIM PM and Asset Management modules and ensures they are accurate and current at all times. This involves the creation and management of all PM standards for all assets that will be maintained and ensuring that all serialized assets are properly named, grouped, and identified in AIM. Maintains oversight of related PM activities and assists supervisors by coordinating PM activities.
- Create and maintain PM templates that generate periodic PM work orders. Monitor and report on Facilities PM results using available reports and metrics. Interface with supervisors; periodically attend scheduled meetings to discuss the status of PM work orders, etc.
- Develop and manage a process that ensures all new information is submitted in a timely and complete manner. Orders and keeps inventory of HVAC filters and supplies for all residence halls and FSU buildings. Provide leadership and guidance on PM issues for Facilities Supervisors and staff. Answers telephone, handles requests, prepares correspondence.
- Performs other duties as assigned in support of PM responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalency and four years of experience; or a combination of post-high school education and experience equal to four years.
Ability to meet the physical demands of this position including working in confined spaces, working off ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 lbs., and standing for long periods.
A valid State of Florida or Georgia driver’s license or the ability to obtain prior to hire.
- Knowledge of the concept, principles and practices of management.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of event planning and ability to coordinate, organize and evaluate meetings and/or events.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to gather, interpret, report, and/or edit information.
