You will serve as a Program Analyst/Project Manager in the Project Management Division of the Policy, Plans and Requirements (PPR) Directorate of White House Military Office (WHMO), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Washington.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) lead/guide multi-disciplined technical/professional teams in all aspects of complex specialized facilities-related project management (e.g., planning, budget and finance, acquisition planning and execution, engineering and design, construction, maintenance, logistics support, industrial security, resource management); 2)act as a liaison/consultant to internal and external customers on technical, acquisition, and management aspects of assigned projects; 3) provide input for and/or develop, coordinate and prepare reports, briefs and presentations for executive management on assigned projects; and 4)apply knowledge of types and lifecycle of DoD and civilian agency authorization and appropriations to manage A/E, construction, facility support, and supply-type contracts.
This is a National Security Position. Incumbent shall obtain and maintain a current Top Secret (TS) security clearance based upon a T5 Background Investigation and be eligible for access to TS/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Prior to reporting for duty, the incumbent must be granted and maintain a current TS security clearance based upon a T5 Background Investigation, and be favorably adjudicated for access to TS/SCI. Prior to reporting for duty, the incumbent must be approved for Presidential Support Duty (PSD) in accordance with Department of Defense Directive 5210.55 (PSD Category II, minimum). Prior to selection, the applicant must be pre-screened for PSD suitability. The applicant must maintain PSD approval to remain eligible to hold the position.
The incumbent shall participate in drug testing commensurate with DoD provisions and requirements for maintaining the security clearance and special access, as is subject to national security or lifestyle polygraph examination, or other security surveillance methods, on an as needed basis.
