Summary: The Academy of Defense Intelligence (ADI) is looking for one (1) Program Analysts to support records and data management within the Department of Defense. Candidate will report to the Reston, VA location.
Responsibilities:
- Data analysis, management, and visualization to capture registration records, testing completions, no shows, etc.
- Regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) for internal use/application as needed as well as for psychometrician/technical support analysis and evaluation
- Develop white papers, documents, data charts, pptx etc. if needed to provide updates for leadership
- Updating documents on PMO SharePoint for records management
- SharePoint and Tableau administration/development
- Design, test, build and deploy new/complementary Tableau functionalities
- Develop and maintain ADI-1C’s internal and external IC sites on JWICS
- Develop and maintain NIPR ADI-1C SharePoint
- DIA annual & mandatory trainings
- Development & maintenance of the CDASA-I Registration Management System (CRMS)
- Development & maintenance of the JIP-I Registration Management System (JRMS)
- Exam proctoring Candidate management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Four (4) years of experience as a Program Analyst, management analyst, or similar role providing business operations support to include oral and written communications.
- Four (4) years of experience in supporting the development of surveys, testing, and training materials; administering data collection measures: analyzing data; developing and managing databases; and assisting in the development of project reports.
- Four (4) years of experience managing records and data within the Department or Defense and/or the Intelligence Community.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, strong organizational and time management skills, and report writing skills.
Requirements:
Must have DoD Intelligence experience.
Must have TS/SCI w/ Poly
