Tanaq Support Services (TSS) delivers professional, scientific, and technical services and information technology (IT) solutions to federal agencies in health, agriculture, technology, and other government services. About the Role
We are seeking a Program Analyst to support a project for our federal customer. The Program Analyst will perform coordination and administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, technical report preparation, filing and record keeping, etc.
This is a fully remote position from Atlanta, GA or anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to program in electronic filing and maintaining records of past and current program documents, and compiling technical information for reports which includes responsibility for preparing technical reports related to the program unit's activities, such as data analysis reports, progress and technical reports, and performance reports. These reports will be used by the program unit's leadership, and branch leadership when needed, to make informed decisions.
- Perform administrative duties requiring attention to detail and analysis. The incumbent will be expected to perform other administrative tasks as defined by our agreement. This may include assisting with budget planning, coordinating with external stakeholders, and supporting other program unit staff members as needed.
- Program office scheduling: The incumbent will be responsible for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events related to the program unit, to include managing project timelines. This includes coordinating with staff members and external partners, booking venues, and managing logistics.
- Coordinate meetings to include conference call lines, production of agenda and materials for discussion.
- Actively participate in monitoring and resolving issues or roadblocks, working closely with the team and leadership.
- Provide support in monitoring and reporting on the progress of project plans, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Attend meetings and calls as needed.
Required Experience and Skills
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Program and/or Data Analyst, preferably with federal agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and plan office activities such as meetings (in person and virtual), conferences, and travel.
- Experience developing, processing, and tracking a variety of records and reports.
- Previous experience with federal government programs, policies, procedures, and communication activities preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Detail- and task-oriented, excellent organizational and communication skills, including preparation of written materials such as documents and reports.
- Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize assignments, while remaining flexible to changing priorities and new initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to obtain a government clearance.
Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in in public health, business, or related field.
