Job Title: Production Technician [rev. 02-10-24]
Expected Schedule: 4-5 days per week, 30-40 hours, includes weekend work
Benefits and Pay: At-will; $13-16/hour (non-exempt; paid weekly) + benefits policy (if hours average above 30 hours) after 90-day probation period
Role Description: This is a flexible role for entry-level Glacier employees to get a taste of Glacier – typically their time will be spent packaging or making other products at direction of Production Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Cleaning (using isopropyl alcohol to clean trim bins, trays, buckets, tables, etc. inside trim room, take out garbage, vacuum, clean change sticky mats)
● Organizing
● Labeling
● Weighing
● Packaging
● Processing
** Theses duties are subject to change as the needs of the organization change. Any changes that seem too far outside the scope or natural evolution of this position can be brought to Glacier Cannabis management**
Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older
- Must pass a background check
- Must be compliant with all legal and company regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Cannabis or trimming experience is useful
