Production Supervisor Night Shift

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night ShiftProduction Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring the efficient operation of our production line. You will work closely with the Plant Manager and production team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules
• Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics
• Understand and follow SQF/GMP policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role 5+ years required
• Knowledge of Redzone a plus
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand tools and power tools
• Ability to fabricate, assemble, and troubleshoot mechanical components
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong problem/solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• SQF, OSHA and GMP knowledge is a must
• Forklift certification is a plus
• SQF certification is a plus
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Spanish required
