Liquids Production Supervisor

We are seeking a talented Liquids Production Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Liquids Production team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with various departments to optimize production processes and resolve any operational issues.
• Conduct regular assessments of production stations to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow.
• Recruit, train, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the safety and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Champion a safety-first culture by conducting regular safety audits, promoting adherence to safety protocols, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in production supervision or management.
• Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communications skills: create and deliver communications to inform and motivate employees; communicate confidently and clearly to staff and senior leadership.
• Solid interpersonal skills – show interest and listen to others’ concerns and issues.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
