Their core purpose is to provide innovative manufacturing solutions that creates value for their customers, employees, suppliers, and ownership. Our clients' foundation is to promote the highest level of honesty, integrity, commitment, and quality products to each of their suppliers and customers. They are looking to add Shift Lead to their growing team.
Shift: 1st & 2nd available
What you will be doing:
- Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance
- Assist with the onboarding process of new hires
- Provide training and educational materials to staff
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
- Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Manufacturing, production and/or machine operating experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
