We are seeking a highly self-motivated Production Planner / Coordinator to join our growing team! We are a global leader supplying products to the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Wastewater Treatment Industries. As a Planner, responsibilities include material control, planning, scheduling, forecasting problem solving and managing our production staff.
We are a team of experts in our field who allow individuals to use their existing expertise and skillsets to help them succeed! The ideal candidate has a positive can-do attitude, is adaptable in situations on the fly and proactively communicates any potential problems or issues to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and Assignment of Jobs, Pick Lists, Drawings, etc.
- Material Control and Planning
- Forecasting
- Scheduling
- Reporting
- Problem Solving
- Manage Production Staff
- Making Sure Procedures And Objectives Adhere to our ISO 9001 Quality Policy Manual
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Minimum, Associate or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 3-5 Years Experience Planning In An Industrial Manufacturing Environment
- Experience with MRP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Word Processing, Etc.
- High Level of Self-Motivation
- Management Experience
- Ability to Prioritize and Multi-task
- Strong Attention To Detail
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Experience in CNC is a plus.
- APICS training a plus.
