Crown staffing is hiring for a Production IVO Clerk within Hollingsworth at our Schertz, Texas location! Our client's site is working with various automobile parts onsite that we are packaging!

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Overtime and weekends subject to warehouse needs)
$20 hourly!
IVO Clerk Job Description:
Performs general office duties, collects data for plant production, runs reports as needed, and responds to customers’ IVO orders and issues.
IVO Clerk Job Responsibilities:

• Places parts on hold that are requested by Ford.
• Checking Covisint for customer inquiries.
• Prepares the work order for filling the IVO/APT request.
• Expedite request through the plant from Receiving to Shipping.
• Shipping to each location once parts are packages.
• Seeing that all IVO/APT responsibilities are being fulfilled.
• Communicating with various Ford departments on the status of their request and provide them with tracking information.
• Communicating with Schneider to schedule pick-up according to the APT Deviation Form and SLI numbers provided.
• Perform ZZ/Void through MMP ROLA screen of daily request that could not be filled.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Seeing that the GM Wheel Program orders are being fulfilled, to include communicating with Central Transportation for delivery and pick-up.

IVO Clerk Job Requirements:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand prime work orders and packaging specs in English
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of SAP
• Ability to demonstrate full understanding of production flow process
• Good leadership skills with an ability to take charge of a given situation
• Ability to proficiently operate Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to perform shipping functions via Fed-Ex and UPS
• Excellent customer service skills to meet our customers’ needs
