JOB#1301 Production Clerk
This will be a temporary role for at least 3 months.
Monday- Friday
7AM-4PM
$18/HR
Summary and Objective:
The Production Clerk helps coordinate tasks needed by the team to meet production schedules and addresses other
factors that may disrupt or complicate production. While not be a part of the assembly line, the Production Clerk is
familiar with how every step of the process works to be able to support the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understands production schedule, priorities, and goals to support the team in daily production
Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
Generates work orders, prints pallet/box labels, and communicates with bag printer regarding the required
quantities for orders
Perform daily completions (intervals could be by pallet)
Ensures visitors and/or vendors sign in upon entry of the building and acknowledge GMP requirements.
Perform transfers for outbound trailers/trucks
Coordinate suppliers/vendors deliveries and pickups, including, but not limited to:
Complete regular inventory of items
Verify shipping supply lists (or BOL’s)
Backup role for maintaining hourly metrics (bag counts, downtime, etc.)
Backup role for assisting production roles (breaks, lunches)
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of office area
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Personal Characteristics:
1+ years of experience working in a production or warehouse environment, food production preferred
Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software including Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects/tasks.
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively
Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of Food safety and sanitation protocols and procedures
Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
Ability and willingness to work in a team environment
As needed, must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays as required in emergencies and all other
times as needed or assigned.

Must have reliable transportation.
Food Safety Quality Responsibilities:
Follow the proper hand-washing, sanitization, cleanliness, dress and grooming requirements.
Adhere to SQF, FSMA, Sanitation, GMP’s and HACCP requirements.
Follow the Company’s procedures and processes for food safety and worker safety.
