SalaryEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily e-mails and communication between overseas factory and client’s design/technical teams
- Processing instructions from designers and clients to factory, evaluating samples and specs
- Tracking submits such as photos, SMS, Fit/PP/TOP samples, lab dips, and trims for production approvals
- Attend fittings, take notes, and revert to the factory
- Weekly production status chart update to clients
- Weekly meetings with internal team to recap all outstanding matters
- Weekly shipment updates for production goods to clients
- Enter Purchase Orders
- Follow up with overseas China factories to ensure all deadlines are met
- Drop offs and pickups to/from client’s office as needed
- Help and prepare inbound and outbound FedEx packages as needed
- Manage and execute special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fashion-related field or equivalent experience a must (one to three years minimum)
- must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, team player, problem solving and self motivated
- meticulous attention to details, hardworking and punctual
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- computer savvy, willing to adapt and learn new systems
- fully fashioned knitwear background a plus
- flexibility to travel as needed to other locations and factories
- knowledge of google suite, Microsoft offices(word, excel, powerpoint)
- At least 2 years of related experiences
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
