Key Responsibilities :
- Sample management, tracking, and coordinating shipments with factories.
- Work closely with vendors, corresponding, approvals, requesting samples, sending Order Commit, POs & confirming ship dates.
- Understand and input vendor's compliance guidelines, standards, and requirements
- Managing production and inventory spreadsheets, T&A & delivery schedule.
- Build a collaborative relationship with cross-functional team members, mentors, peers, and sourcing channels. Manage the purchase order issuance and maintenance process for the company.
- Following up with factories to obtain tracking numbers, delivery dates, production samples, and bulk production updates
- Collaborate with the teams & suppliers by gathering pre-class chart for all adopted styles and communicating it within the required time frame.
- Work with the Sales team on projections, size breaks, tickets, and system item definition
- Attending PP/TOP fitting to process product correctly
- Monitor WIP deliveries and factory performance on a seasonal stock basis to ensure the timely delivery of the product.
- Ensure all timelines are met from sample development through production to shipping, adhering to the tactical calendar and production Standard of Process.
- Actively participating in weekly production update meetings with cross-functional team members.
- EDI/AMT experience is a plus
- PLM user is preferred but not required.

Salary**: 50K ~70K **the salary may vary based on individual experience and expertise.
