Product Development Coordinator

EnVogue is seeking a dynamic Product Development Coordinator with a strong passion for staying at the forefront of home trends. The Product Development Coordinator will support the entire Product Development lifecycle, from research and ideation to launch and post-launch analysis. Their main responsibilities including assisting sourcing, vendor communications, collaborating with Sales and Design team, and managing all things sample related.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, upcoming trends, and competitor offerings in the home products industry.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and other external partners to ensure the timely and cost-effective production of high-quality home products.
• Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to obtain samples required for testing, analysis, or demonstration purposes.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain samples at favorable terms, including cost and delivery schedule.
• Support Product Development process, ensuring timely completion of milestones from concept to market release.
• Organize and monitor project plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and dependencies for Product Development initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and records to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the Product Development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Product Development, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field or 1+ year of experience working in sourcing, Product Development, or production in fashion, home, or accessories
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to support concurrent projects and timelines
• Experience or interest in the home décor or fashion industry
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Hindi is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
