- Responsibilities:
- Work with the design/production team to develop accurate and detailed tech packs that outline product specifications, fit, and construction details- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet design and quality standards- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and regular updates- Coordinate with the production team to ensure that Product Development schedules are adhered to and all products are delivered on time- Work with factories to oversee Product Development and ensure that all products meet quality standards- Monitor product costs to ensure that products remain within budget constraints- Communicate effectively with factories to ensure that all products are developed accurately and efficiently- Prepare the packages to go out to overseas
- Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Development within the apparel industry- Knowledge of tech pack development, fit, and construction in missy & kids- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners- Must be proficient in Excel- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions

Pay: $46,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
