Toll Brothers, our nation's luxury home builder, seeks a Production Coordinatorfor Toll Integrated Systems (TIS), our wholly-owned component manufacturing company, located in Bartow, Florida.
What is the opportunity?
Production Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out functions related to the material order (New House or Miscellaneous)/production schedule/delivery schedule processes at (1) or more TIS locations (including outside partners). This is a computer-driven, app-based position on a Team located in multiple geographical locations.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Review/analyze and process New House Orders or miscellaneously ordered materials.
- Communicate internally and externally [with jobsites/customers] to resolve issues associated with orders (part numbers, delivery dates, etc.)
- Answer all incoming calls
- Emailing site delivery notifications
- Cycle counting/inventory
- Identify delivery date and manage scheduling of delivery of materials
- Resolve job-site issues with plans supported by TIS
- Setting up and coordinating production ready jobs to supervisors
- Conducting daily quality inspections
- All other duties as assigned
