Spherion Staffing is assisting a growing company located in Fort Myers, FL in their search for a Production Coordinator. This position will be responsible for engaging in the production lifecycle including building product, receiving inventory, managing stock levels and overseeing Quality Assurance testing while ensuring we meet standards and deadlines for products. Responsibilities:
???Assemble products according to standard operating procedures
-Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
-Review and follow manufacturing manuals to build safes and key cabinets
-Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment
-Communicate with supervisors and other team members as necessary
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
-Good communication skills
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to contribute in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment consistently and
positively
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Basic computer skills
-Experienced in handling medium duty machinery and power tool equipment, i.e.: mig-welder, skill-saw, grinder, cutters, drills, etc.
-Ability to pass a national background and drug screen
