Production Coordinator position.
The pay rate is $17, full time position from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturday as overtime.
Looking for candidates that are in a production industry as an assistant or specialist looking to grow into the Coordinator
We are looking a Production Coordinator performs clerical duties related to production, product relocation, material handling & supply requisition and assists the production supervisor in daily duties.
JOB DUTIES
· Prepare documents for scheduled jobs, including work orders, move tickets, and materials requisition.
· Assist in coordinating and monitoring program schedule.
· Handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
· Assembly build and unbuild.
· Bin Transfers and adjust floor counts.
· Supply production floor with materials needed.
· Support line leaders for each line in sub-department
· Support the Production Supervisor as needed in the supervision of the line.
· Schedules each job with standard manpower and mold changes as required.
· Track schedule performance vs. production actuals
· Prepares and distributes customer releases.
· Weekly inputs into NetSuite System.
· Ensure accurate inventory reporting and segregation of non-conforming production conjunctions with Quality Assurance and Production.
· Support the team when needed.
· Follows all policies and procedures of the Occupational Safety and Health, Human Resources, and Quality Department. Reports any safety deficiency to the immediate supervisor.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma.
· Must speak Spanish and English, a plus.
· Team player, able to work effectively with other people.
· Self-starter able to work with minimum or no supervision.
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
· Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
