Job Summary
The Coordinator of Product Development supports Product Development and influences concepts across our existing and new ships. As a passionate and relentless generalist, the Coordinator will pivot to support multiple strategic projects, Product Development, and executive leadership support. In this role, you will touch all elements of the guest experience from brief, design, and execution ensuring that all concepts and designs are delivered in line with the strategic goals of the brand.
Essential Functions

• Assists the Senior Manager, Product Development in the initiation and drive of the onboard Product Development process with all operational stakeholders.
• Supports with reviewing and updating product documents including new-build and previous yacht's guest experiences, owner's supply, general arrangement plans, and contracts.
• Supports the process of cascading all guest experience and product innovations to shipboard and operational teams to ensure brand alignment and on-brand execution.
• Analyze guest voice surveys (Medallia) and share all emerging trends as related to the guest experience. Ensures solutions are taken moving forward by all responsible areas.
• Provides competitive landscape research focused on the luxury travel sector, sharing summaries with leaders to aid in making meaningful strategic business decisions for the brand.
• Crafts intuitive reports designed to tell a meaningful story around key data points and company initiatives. Presents results to the executive level and independently recommends action items and follow-ups to key stakeholders.
• Supports Senior Manager, Product Development in creating strategy decks to be shared with stakeholders and external partners.
• Assists in managing multi-dimensional project plans and maintaining project plan/workstreams, and planning for key strategic company projects and deadlines.
• Maintain strong and effective internal communications. Prepares meeting minutes as appropriate.

Competency
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, business, or related field
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A great listener who recognizes the importance of learning from every interaction
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring reliable and consistent results
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and foster an optimistic culture while promoting a sense of curiosity to learn and grow
• Effective planner, implementor, and problem solver
• Strong analytical and grammatical skills, proofreading, and copywriting abilities
• Highly driven, adaptable, curious, optimistic, reliable, and relentless
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them on a timely basis. Strives to beat deadlines, not just meet them
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with excellent skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Project Management Software and tools such as Smartsheets
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and savvy with social media platforms

Work Environment

• Hybrid, working in a typical office environment
• Travel is required.
• Full-time. Requires working additional time outside of regular business hours.
