Production Associate $18-20/Hr.

Pay: $18-20/hr.

Location: Holliston, MA

You will be responsible for ensuring that all components are correctly assembled, tested, and meet our quality standards. This is a hands-on position that requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing top-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly
• Operate machinery used to bake adhesives
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble, align, and secure parts and components.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose assembly issues and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Assembler in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy components as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new assembly techniques and products.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
