The Product Support (PS) E-Commerce Champion is responsible for the promotion and integration of Caterpillar E-Commerce platforms with the customer base.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and promote strategies for customer adoption of E-Commerce platforms.
- Work alongside Parts and Service operations to streamline processes and ensure customer needs are met.
- Work with Product Support Sales as a subject matter expert for customer events and training.
- Interact with Caterpillar for testing, feedback, support issues and new product introductions.
- Develop training material relevant to operations and customers.
- Partner with internal data, analytics and business intelligence team for strategic data to further E-commerce utilization.
- Implement and maintain Warren Brand standards
- Maintain high workload when necessary and meet deadlines.
- Assist with planning, working, setting up and tearing down company events and meetings.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Speaks clearly, professionally and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Current driver’s license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
