Our client, based in Dallas, TX, specializes in the kitchen appliance industry, namely in manufacturing and distribution of an array of products both commercial and custom in design, nationwide. Year over year the business has flourished, hence, the need for this role as a Marketing Manager.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a talented, hands-on individual to help manage marketing efforts given the reach and product variations to choose from. Your background should demonstrate proven success in delivering on and measuring results of high-impact marketing programs and campaigns, guiding product strategy, content creation, and working with partner agencies.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience with product marketing and understand the nuts and bolts of both online and offline marketing. The role focuses on coordination with the Agency of Record, with an emphasis on product marketing, brand awareness, lead generation and lead nurturing. The ideal person will also be able to utilize the analytics to create forms and spreadsheets as needed.
You should be comfortable in an open, fluid, fast-growth environment and bring an energetic and creative approach to your work, spanning high-level strategy as well as in-the-trenches execution.
Goals:
- Work with Executive Leadership Team to Implement Marketing Strategy and Direction.
- Manage Marketing Projects as Point Person with the Agency of Record.
- Increase Brand Awareness and Improve Brand Reputation.
- Assist and collaborate with the Inside Sales team to provide data as needed to help aide efforts.
- Expand organization market penetration.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage day-to-day implementation of marketing and specific campaigns.
- Coordinate & manage marketing service partners and vendors including the Agency of Record (AOR).
- Own marketing efforts including ideation, content creation, revisions/enhancements, prioritization, and alignment.
- Manage online CRM - lead scoring and assignment, lead nurturing and automated marketing.
- Measure and report on marketing with internal data to allow tracking, managing, and lead scoring for customer acquisitions.
- Ensure marketing efforts remain within budget, manage resources and timelines.
- Collaborate with sales team and product team to ensure cohesive, seamless support.
- Work with AOR to develop collateral and campaign materials.
- Coordinate PR and event marketing, as well as photography and video projects.
- Coordinate conference(s) for team members, and partner conference attendees.
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge, experience, and results in the concepts of Product Marketing.
- 5+ years of relevant experience working in product or service marketing.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills are an absolute must.
- Working knowledge of economics, benchmarking, and finance is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
- Experience with content, digital, email and social media marketing.
- Excel skills and experience, including pivot tables and ROI assessments of marketing efforts.
- Knowledge of software/platforms: Hubspot, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp is extremely helpful.
- Experience managing or working with marketing staff, interns, and outside providers.
- Strong analytical skills and creative ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of energy, drive, creativity, and curiosity.
- Willingness to jump in where needed and flexibility to shift priorities.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting hard deadlines.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
