Role Overview:
At Atomo Coffee, we're reinventing coffee for the modern world, and we're looking for an Espresso Product Manager to lead the charge in our espresso product line. Your mission is to drive exceptional growth in sales and market share within our established accounts, leveraging your creativity and strategic insight to keep Atomo Coffee at the forefront of the coffee revolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth-Focused Strategy: Develop innovative strategies to significantly increase sales velocity in existing accounts, aligning with Atomo Coffee's ethos of sustainable, molecular coffee.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the development, launch, and continuous improvement of our espresso products, ensuring they align with Atomo Coffee’s mission of a more sustainable coffee industry.
Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on industry trends, particularly in the sustainable and molecular coffee sectors, to guide product development and positioning.
Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside our passionate teams in sales, marketing, and R&D to ensure a unified approach to product strategy and market penetration.
Sustainable Relationship Building: Forge and nurture sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in our existing accounts, focusing on shared values of innovation and environmental responsibility.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and metrics to guide strategies, focusing on KPIs related to account growth and product success.
Innovation Advocacy: Be a champion for continuous innovation, ensuring our espresso products not only taste great but also contribute to Atomo Coffee’s mission of reducing the environmental impact of coffee production.
Feedback Integration and Community Engagement: Engage with our customer base and integrate their feedback, aligning product improvements with consumer desires and Atomo Coffee's sustainability goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, required with a passion for sustainability.
- Proven experience in product management within the food and beverage industry, coffee industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to sustainable business practices.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to share Atomo Coffee’s vision with a diverse audience.
- A deep appreciation for coffee and its future in the realm of molecular gastronomy.
Success Metrics:
Your success will be measured by the growth velocity in our established accounts, with a focus on sustainable practices, innovative product features, increased sales, and enhanced customer loyalty.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and small to medium sized parcels up to 25lbs, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. Negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
