About the Digital Citizenship Tech Organization
Our organization is the Global Risk and Compliance -Digital Citizenship Tech focuses on managing and delivering world-class products, driving policy compliance, creating partnerships, and developing pipelines and self-service tools. We are r esponsible for Global Privacy Technology Product implementations across the globe so that we can earn our customers ' and associate s' trust.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will demonstrate the following :
- Product Development Roadmap: Provides input into the product development roadmap by gathering data and understanding required technology to meet key objectives (e.g., site functionality enhancements, product/pricing tools and dashboards) for a product category. Collects and organizes roadmap activities across multiple phases for a product category using a structured and data-driven approach. Suggests additional development opportunities for the technology forecast based on product category knowledge and interaction with category specialists and related team members.
- Product Development Lifecycle: Supports all stages of the product development lifecycle in a category by completing assigned development activities (e.g., product definition, scope, boundaries, targets and timeline) in the product development roadmap. Identifies and elevates issues to Senior Product Manager that may affect product timelines for the product category.
- Research and Analysis: Performs product research and coordinates with category and related teams to conduct market, cohort and retention analysis of product features within a product category. Gathers relevant data and performs analysis for product category to measure impact of existing features, detect anomalies and identify areas for potential improvement.
- Collaboration: Interacts with product category and marketing teams to gather information, data and requirements. Effectively communicates technical product requirements for the product category to business and engineering partners.
- Product Planning: Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
- Product Analysis: Appl ies quantitative and qualitative market research techniques (secondary and primary), to evaluate opportunity and market potential in the product category. Conduct s advanced quantitative research and statistical analysis of customer data in order to identify , examine, and develop data-driven solutions to optimize the business
- Data Analysis: Utilize s data analysis techniques to isolate customer gaps; builds financial models to estimate the opportunity size; leverages strategic frameworks such as SWOT analysis, and Strategy Maps; conducts primary research with consumers, including user interviews, surveys, conjoint analysis, and usability testing; and develops working knowledge of Machine Learning and programming languages and tools including R, SQL, and Tableau
- Communication: Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
- Culture: Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
- Privacy: Develop s working knowledge of data privacy rights regulations such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the American Data Privacy and Protection Act (ADPPA) and the California Delete Act .
What You'll Need
- Master 's degree in Computer Science , Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics or related field and 2 years' experience as a Product Manager or business analyst or data analyst, ideally working on consumer-facing, mid to large -scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Bachelor 's degree in Computer Science , Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics or related field and 3-5 years' experience as a Product Manager or business analyst or data analyst, ideally working on consumer-facing, mid to large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products (in lieu of Master's degree)
- Experience in conception, design, implementation, deployment and optimization for mid- scale products and programs
- Retail industry experience is a plus
- Must feel extremely comfortable managing few cross - functional programs simultaneously
- Be comfortable in dealing with ambiguous situations
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
