Production Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Identify areas for process improvements
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the production process

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in production processes
- Experience with fabricating, assembling, and operating machinery
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
