Position Summary...
What you'll do...
As a part of Walmart International Store Operations, you'll build industry defining reusable customer and partner facing products and services relied on daily by over half a million associates.
You will be in the unique position to be of service to both our customers and our associates as a member of this organization supporting all segments of Walmart. The ideal candidate quickly builds relationships, enjoys working with business partners around the globe and drives change to disrupt retail by transforming our Walmart International businesses.
About Team:
Focusing on customer, associate and business needs, this team works with Walmart International, which includes more than 5,200 retail units, operating in 23 countries such as Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Mexico and South Africa to name a few.
What you'll do:
  • Bringing Passion to ideate, plan, and ensure customer privacy is at the forefront of all we do
  • Conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand the global retail landscape.
  • Partnering with our International businesses to deliver Products which delight the customer.
  • Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
  • Building a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor of Science and 6+ years' product management experience
  • Quantitative or engineering background is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Uncompromising commitment to the customer.
  • Ability to drive teams toward a shared vision with velocity and possess an indomitable bias toward action in the face of ambiguity.
  • Willingness to be bold - be undeterred by organizational obstacles and with a High tolerance for risk / low fear of failure.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business and technical partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion product solutions throughout the organization.
  • Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize.
  • Platform experience is highly desirable.
