SalaryEviction Appearance Attorney:
We are an eviction firm with a state wide client-base that is growing. We are looking for attorneys to appear during Justice of Peace eviction dockets and County Court Appeal eviction dockets. Let us help you build your practice! We offer you an opportunity to get face time in court, meet the local judges, and clerks.
In addition if you are qualified based on appearance you may get additional billable contract work for billable clients in the area.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Commits to cover short eviction procedural hearings
- Represents our client in the courtroom;
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Good Standing in their respective bar directory
- Eviction experience is preferred but not required, but you do need to be a licensed attorney, in Good Standing with your State. We will provide training based on your level of experience
- Mock Trial experience is a plus
