- Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to define the product vision and strategy.
- Conduct workshops with the business to gather product requirements (including acceptance criteria) and work with engineering teams on implementation and testing.
- Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and product release cycles.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with organization short- and long-term strategy.
- Define and measure outcomes & key results to drive business benefit in markets.
- Champion customer experience & customer value proposition across all decisions.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in agile software development & product management best practices.
- A product thinker - you have a deep curiosity about problems and how people experience them; you are disciplined in prototyping creative, hypothesis-driven solutions, and responding quickly to progress or pivot based on user research and testing; you relentlessly prioritize.
