- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in Human Capital Management (HCM) and one of the following modules: Reporting, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, or Absence Management.
- 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- 2 years of experience in workday implementation and system configuration.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Global HR and Payroll (e.g., HCM administration).
- Experience in SaaS HR system configuration.
- Ability to work across geographies and different regulatory environments.
- Ability to analyze and understand complex problems and their resulting dependencies.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee quality and efficiency of application managed services vendor teams providing consulting and professional services for workday.
- Monitor work assignment, delivery, utilization and best practices across our two vendor teams.
- Drive vendor teams to ensure continuous alignment to industry best practices for third-party adoption regarding workday.
