This is a paid co-op where you will report directly to the Exteriors Associate Product Manager. Throughout your time with The AZEK Company, you can expect to participate in meaningful project work and professional learning opportunities that will help you grow both your technological and problem solving skills as well as help you grow as a future professional.
During your time with AZEK, you will also get exposure to, and an opportunity to network with, other interns, AZEK employees, and company executives.

Position Summary: The role will lead to increasing levels of responsibility for several projects that the Exteriors business has for future growth. As we expand our current trim and moulding portolios as well as enter into a large siding category, there will be several opportunities to work cross-functionally throughout the company to achieve your goals. Some of these projects will include building competitive data, helping move projects through Stage Gate, as well as taking on early ideas and moving it through the entire Stage Gate process. These projects will require cross-functional collaboration between the manufacturing, R&D, sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams within AZEK.

- You can use and grow your knowledge in Engineering to solve business and product problems to gain experience in real world troubleshooting solutions
- Develop foundational business acumens in Product Management
Ideal Student:
- Current undergraduate student studying Engineering at an accredited college or university
- Someone that wants to learn how to launch products, building businesses, and has a problem-solving mindset
- High academic standing (Preferred GPA – 3.0+; 3.5+ in core competency)
- Successful completion of a minimum of 60 credit hours
- Able to participate in co-op program
- Willing to relocate to a geographic location with an AZEK facility, if needed, upon graduation.
Students must be eligible to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship.
