Role: Product Consultant (Argo, Teller application)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Qualification :
Science / Engineering graduate
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ability to solve the problem/issue when occurred in QA region.
• Ability to participate in Daily/Weekly stand ups call with Customer, delivery team and other stake holders.
• Ability to work with cross work stream teams Raise concerns risks if needed and must be a good listener.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to analyze problem in multiple perspectives. A can-do- attitude and a strong passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills.
• Confident, self-starter, have a strong work ethic.
Required Skills/Qualification:
• Production support hands on experience on analysing and troubleshooting for production incident.
• Should have 6 to 10 years of experience in ARGO, TELLER application.
• Good to have experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace and log analysis tool like Splunk.
• Ability to work on minor enhancement when occurred.
• Ability to work with cross work stream teams.
• Ability to work with performance team to evaluate and resolve any performance related issues.
• Proficient in Argo, Teller
• Understanding the business functional requirements and technical documentation.
• Should be comfortable to work in Agile.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
