Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee
- Monitor production schedules to ensure that orders are filled on time and in full
- Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that regulations and quality standards are metTrain and supervise production team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Track and report production metrics and performance
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management preferred
- Strong knowledge of production processes and operations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Travel/Mobility: able to travel overseas and domestically
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
