Therma is looking to hire a full-time Procurement Specialist. Desired candidates will have knowledge of the HVAC construction industry and have a minimum of 2 years of buying/purchasing-related experience. The Procurement Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing activities during the purchasing and inventory control process such as ordering parts, submitting warranty requests, shipping and receiving and ensuring that invoices and credits are completed and submitted to accounts payable daily.

Therma is looking to hire a full-time Procurement Specialist. The Procurement Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing activities during the purchasing and inventory control process such as ordering parts, submitting warranty requests, shipping and receiving and ensuring that invoices and credits are completed and submitted to accounts payable daily.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Create purchase orders and receive invoices for parts and equipment needed for job completion.
- Verify and receive invoices and ensure that they are completed and submitted to accounts payable daily.
- Order parts, equipment, and issue subcontracts for Project Managers.
- Work with teams on returns and follow up on credit to be received.
- Ensure that purchase orders are written accurately, with enough detail to adequately receive items.
- Help maintain inventory control of incoming packages and deliveries both at Therma warehouse and Triple E.
- Communicate with the team on any backorders and look for solutions to meet delivery requirements.
- Reconcile invoices as required with accounting.
- Become familiar with all aspects of internal software and accounting system as it relates to purchasing.
- Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
