Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in automotive Process Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Torque guns for manufacturing processes
- Experiencing designing work benches to fulfill what a manufacturing process requires
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Experience setting up MES to reflect work/process instructions
- HVAC or Heat Pump Module manufacturing experience null
- 3 years
Responsibilities
- This Engineer is responsible for the physical side of the process of heat pump module manufacturing; bringing together documentation to make sure process work
- Two of their main functions involve the implementation of the MES software, and all the hardware (almost each step of the process requires torque guns and fastening, so the ideal candidate will have strong experience here)
- This Engineer will spec things out, install the physical side, and do process testing and qual
- ity checks during process builds
- They will be joining a team of 8 (1 Prototype Lead, 1 Engineer, 1 Prototype Coordinator, and 5 Technicians)
- This supplier has been awarded five total module programs - this Engineer will be coming in for the first program and responsible for carrying it out fully, then moving onto respective programs that have been awarded
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $37.80 - $49.00 per hour
