Job Summary: As a Process Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in our continual improvement initiatives. Utilizing your expertise in quality management systems, six sigma, and lean manufacturing, you'll develop and implement solutions to enhance processes and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement methods for process control, improvement, and testing to ensure product quality.
- Analyze data and defective products to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and drive improvement initiatives.
- Lead process improvement teams and troubleshoot manufacturing line issues.

- Green or black belt training.
- Strong root cause and corrective action methodologies.
- Experience in manufacturing operations and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products.
Preferred:
- CQE certification with lean six sigma training.
- Experience with statistical software like Minitab.
- Background in DMAIC methodology and ASQ Quality Certification.
- Knowledge of ceramic materials is advantageous.
