Greenwich Private Equity is an innovative Private Equity firm providing proprietary Private Equity co-investment opportunities exclusively for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

Due to the firm’s principals having identified an additional $1.25 Billion in assets for acquisition, development, construction and production, we are accelerating our growth by aggressively expanding our accomplished executive team to expeditiously increase assets under management for the firm.

Among other responsibilities, you will originate and close a growing volume of Private Equity investment sales while generating client provided referrals to most time efficiently obtain additional pre-qualified high net worth clients to accelerate increasing the firm’s assets under management.

Initial focus will be completing a $40 Million preferred Private Equity capital raise, unleveraged pro forma 21.6% IRR over six years, secured by prime residential real estate located among the world’s wealthiest homeowners and highest value homes in Greenwich, CT. Wholly owned subsidiary has identified for purchase and development, pricing agreed upon, several prime properties for new construction of several exquisite primary homes for a lucky few among the top of the 1%. The first has been acquired, others will follow. Nationally acclaimed award-winning architects, exquisite interior designs, smart, luxurious, energy efficient homes, security, privacy and more.

ESSENTIAL:

  • Pre-existing relationships with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families with which you will build out an increasing pre-qualified client base through referrals
  • Sell exclusive proprietary Private Equity investment products to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families
  • Originate and complete sales calls and presentations to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families remotely and in person, to your contacts and those referred to you by your contacts
  • Understanding and articulating simple or sophisticated complex financial models and business plans
  • Successfully execute the steps needed to achieve your monthly and annual goals
  • Generate qualified referrals to close increasing investment sales volumes
  • Complete sequential sales to increase assets under management from your growing client base, increase their interest and desire for additional Private Equity offerings in our pipeline including, but not limited to, new luxury residential real estate development for the top of the 1%, innovative luxury private aviation for the 1%, entertainment and technology
  • Timely file paperwork and reports as needed
  • Maintain absolute compliance through all communications and activities
  • Self-starter and self-manager with the ability to work remotely and succeed with minimal supervision
  • Effective individual and group presentation skills
  • Stay up to date with financial markets and their trends
  • If Series 7 and 63 licensed, or 82 and 63, you may be able to work with us through your Broker-Dealer

Possible opportunity for successful financial products wholesalers with preexisting relationships with wealth managers, registered investment advisors, broker dealers, family offices, ultra-high net worth and high net worth investors. This is an opportunity for talented, energetic, accomplished individuals with successful experience building a solid client practice in wealth management and growth.

If Wholesale, Primary Responsibilities Would Include:

· Sales of the firm’s co-investment proprietary innovative Private Equity alternatives through wealth managers, registered investment advisors and broker dealers, and directly to family offices, ultra-high net worth and high net worth investors

· Manage the sales process from prospect discovery or referral, through introduction, qualification, presentation, follow up, and closing

If Wholesale, Required Talent, Skills and Prior experience

· Five or more years successful wholesale financial products or services experience

· Results driven, self-motivated, tenacious, positive energy, bright, history of successful sales growth

· Knowledge of financial product wholesale operations

· Outstanding communication, presentation and sales talent and skills

· Strong educational background. MBA and/or CFA is helpful but not required

This opportunity will be financially rewarding at extreme levels for the right candidates.

This position requires a background check. If you are licensed and if you have a prior bankruptcy, U-4 disclosures, credit issues, civil judgments, pending litigation, termination from a previous employer, or any other matter subject to FINRA disclosure regulations, you must disclose these items during the pre-screening process. You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement as a part of our interview process.
