Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital is a growing real estate investment manager that is seeking highly-qualified individuals for the position of Investment Associate.
As an Investment Associate specializing in Delaware Statutory Trusts at Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital, you will be a key player in driving the success of our DST investment products. Your role will involve effectively communicating the unique advantages of our DST offerings, building relationships with potential investors, and contributing to the growth of our investor base.
Key Responsibilities:
- DST Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Kingsbarn's Delaware Statutory Trust offerings, including their structure, benefits, and risk factors.
- Investor Engagement: Engage with potential investors through various channels, including phone calls, emails, webinars, and in-person meetings, to educate them on the advantages of investing in Kingsbarn's DST products.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering personalized investment solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and informative presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the features and benefits of Kingsbarn's DST investments.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position Kingsbarn's DST products in the market.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to the promotion and sale of DST investments, ensuring ethical and legal business practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and investment professionals, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging about Kingsbarn's DST products.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Proactive, organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced, growth-company environment
- Real Estate license is preferred
This position is for a 1099 independent contractor. Compensation and commission is based on performance.
Kingsbarn was founded as a real estate development and investment firm (Kingsbarn Realty Capital) by our CEO, Jeff Pori, almost a decade ago. Jeff had spent the better part of the last 30 years building a deep, complex portfolio of property developments and other real estate investments for his clients. Having successfully created significant investment opportunities in the real assets segment of the investment horizon via his real estate solutions, Jeff decided to expand the growth opportunities he has directly generated for his clients in real assets to other asset classes and investment strategies.
In addition to real estate development and investments, Kingsbarn now offers fixed income, equity, and alternative strategies to investors via financial intermediaries. In 2020, Kingsbarn Capital and Development was founded as the company’s development arm to expand its product offerings for investors to include ground-up development of real estate assets. The company also recently invested in several joint ventures that provide much needed medical treatment, pharmaceutical ingredients and food additives. Then, in December of 2021, Kingsbarn Capital Management launched the first non-real estate Kingsbarn fund (KDRN) on the NYSE.
