We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Solution Architect to join our Solution Architecture team. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding our customers' needs, formulating effective solutions, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our cutting-edge solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead technical and business discussions, articulating the unique value of Incredibuild.
- Serve as the technical owner throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- Conduct demo calls with prospects and potential partners, showcasing the power and capabilities of Incredibuild solutions.
- Manage end-to-end Proof of Concepts (POCs), including defining KPIs, implementation, execution, support, and delivering impactful results.
- Focus on providing value by deeply understanding customer pains and needs, and presenting tailored business solutions.
- Present Incredibuild solutions to diverse stakeholders, ranging from C-level executives to developers.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and prospects to technically qualify opportunities.
Requirements:
What You'll Need:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, SE, or Solution Consultant.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present technology recommendations from a business perspective.
- Independent and self-driven, with a proven ability to work remotely.
- Proficient infrastructure wizard with expertise in Windows, Linux, network, and IT security in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of SDLC & CI/CD infrastructure, build systems, and ecosystem tools.
- Strong hands-on background with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple opportunities and POCs concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely.
- Development experience, especially in C/C++ - advantage.
Compensation Range: $155,000-$200,000 base salary (+ benefits, including generous 401K, unlimited PTO, generous medical coverage, life insurance, commute expenses, food allowance). In addition to the base salary, this role includes the opportunity to earn performance-based compensation and/or a discretionary bonus, in accordance with the Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
