IntegraONE is seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer specializing in Compute and Storage solutions, particularly in the HPE ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our clients’ computing and storage infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering top-notch services. Additionally, you will be involved in Presales Engineering calls, working closely with clients and understand their needs and proposing tailored solutions!

Key Responsibilities:
Compute and Storage Management
- Design, implement and maintain compute and storage solutions for clients.
- Perform system audits and optimizations to ensure optimal performance and resources utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to compute and storage infrastructure.
Presales Engineering
- Collaborate with sales team and client to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ existing infrastructure and IT needs.
- Develop customized solutions and proposals using Scope Stack.
- Present technical information to clients in a clear and compelling manner during presales calls.
- Participate on internal calls with implementation engineer and project manager to review scopes (as needed).
Technical Expertise
- Stay updated on the latest developments in compute and storage technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to both internal teams and clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert in HPE Solutions, offering insights and recommendations.
- Participates in on-call rotation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of SAN/Storage Expertise.
- Expertise with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) focused in storage including products such as (but no limited to): HPE MSA SAN, HPE Disk Enclosures, HPE Flash Arrays, HPE StoreOnce Systems, HPE MSA SAN Storage, HPE 3PAR StoreServ Storage, HPE SAN Director Switch and etc…
- Ideal candidate will hold certifications pertaining to their technical expertise.
- Hands on experience with Presales Engineering processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail, critical thinking/problem solving, and strong communications skills are a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Industry certifications related to HPE technologies (ex HPE ASE, HPE ATP) are a plus.
