*MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE*
Job Description:
Pre-Registration Department - high volume call center to collect patient information before they see a provider.
Enters new and established patient information into the computer, and dispatches messages as needed.
Prepares correspondence, forms, and other documents are requested.
Verify information from patients including demographic and health insurance information.
Collects payments, financial information, and prepares documents for billing encounters
Communicates with patients and staff in a caring, friendly, and professional manner.
Performs additional duties as requested.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
No time off for the first 90 days while in training
1 yr phone customer exp minimum
Experience obtaining financial information and patient pre-registration information.
Ability to read, understand and follow written and oral instruction.
Ability to sort and file materials correctly by alphabetical, numerical, or color-coded systems.
Must display initiative and willingness to accept additional duties during absences and adapt to fluctuating workload.
Must be able to communicate clearly and establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, and the public.
Medical office training beneficial.
Knowledge of business office procedures beneficial.
