Heating + Air Paramedics is looking for a full-time REMOTE customer-oriented Service Representative to work 40 hours per week. This person will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target at Heating + Air Paramedics is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Schedule customer appointments and dispatch to Technicians at Heating + Air Paramedics.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process Heating + Air Paramedics customer accounts and file documents.
- Process registration, rebates, and returns for Heating + Air Paramedics
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage with Heating + Paramedics customers.
- Must have a dedicated quite workspace
Heating + Air Paramedics offers a good work environment with competitive pay ranging from $16 -$20 per hour depending on experience, opportunity for advancement, health insurance, paid holidays, personal days and vacation time.
