Aulsbrook Law Firm seeks a Personal Injury negotiator (Attorney Preferred) for its Arlington, TX office. We are looking for an individual with GRIT and Personal Injury experience that can thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Law is a team sport, so you won't be going at it alone!
Our practice is 100% plaintiff side Personal Injury. The majority of our practice is devoted to helping those injured in car and truck wrecks. We have the best technology/software to help you have success with your files. You will:
- Maintain exceptional and result driven communication with Clients, team members, adjusters, and Defense Counsel
- Manage your own docket of files to negotiate
- Prepare demands and respond to offers
- Negotiate, Mediate, and/or successfully settle cases
