Description:
A Real Estate Attorney in Dallas, Texas is a small but rapidly growing law firm located in the heart of Dallas. Our core focus lies in advocating for landowners and business owners across a spectrum of real estate and business law issues, including curative title work, condemnation cases, real estate litigation (partitions, trespass to try title, boundary disputes, etc.), real estate and oil & gas transactional work, probate, estate planning, HOAs, contract disputes, and business transactional and litigation. We are seeking an attorney with 3-7 years of experience in civil litigation and real property law. While we prioritize ability and determination over experience in the field, we recognize that some things can only be learned or appreciated through experience. We need someone confident and independent to step up and take responsibility for a large docket of cases.
Ideally, the attorney hired for the position would become a full-time attorney in our Dallas office, with the idea of becoming a branch manager in the near future. We have big plans for expansion and no lack of new client leads.
