Associate Attorney

A Litigation Boutique Law Firm is a mid-sized litigation firm based in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. We handle all facets of civil litigation including commercial litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. We represent major hospitals in the DFW metroplex and insurance companies. We are currently seeking an associate lawyer with 3-5 years of experience preferably in personal injury as well as someone with competitive academics in law school. Responsibilities will include handling his/her trial docket of cases with oversight, preparing pleadings, and motions, and preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials.
Must be licensed to practice in Texas. Compensation commensurate with similar sized firms in the DFW area.
Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in personal injury/insurance defense
• Must be licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
