Nationwide Attorneys, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated associate for our Commercial Litigation Practice Group in our Dallas office. This is a position offering exceptional experience working with our attorneys and clients. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Candidates should have 2 -5 years of experience in complex litigation including: managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
