I am seeking a pre-licensed therapist (Registered CALIFORNIA AMFT, APCC, or ASW) to join Therapy 4 Every Body (www.Therapy4EveryBody.com). I am looking for a clinician who can start part time and grow from there. I'm looking for somebody who is open to working with children of all ages, teens, and families.
You will need to be able to work at least 2 evenings per week and optionally a few hours on the weekend as well. A lot of kids want to meet in person, so being able to see some clients at our office in San Jose would be ideal. Also looking for somebody to see clients all day on Fridays in Morgan Hill
I will provide the clients. I will provide online supervision, as well as coaching on building your own private practice. You may start with only 1 or 2, but you should have 10 clients per week within 2 months or even faster. I offer a pay increase at 16+. I also match up to 4% for our 401K program.
You should have an excellent internet connection for online sessions. We use Simple Practice for scheduling and notes. I handle all billing and administrative duties, including submitting superbills electronically. You will be expected to respond quickly to new clients and document conversations and sessions. I expect excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Our group specializes in gender and LGBTQ affirming care and is sex positive and inclusive of all sexual orientations, lifestyles, ages, appearances, and body sizes. I may require that you pursue training in some of these areas. I am eager to hire somebody with a gender or sexual minority status.
